Be aware of the horse carriage SCAMMER. They will tell you it’s 500 peso per 30mins. And then will deliberately and purposely ride you for 2++ hours! Took one at Manila Beach and AVOID them at any co… Full review by kd2417

The bay views are only 5 mins by car from the Port Be ready however to encounter horrendous traffic I do not recommend you driving yourself. Taxis are difficult. There are MANY dishonest drivers. I suggest hiring a car and driver $30 USD a day will get you all about Manila. A tour group is a good idea - safety in numbers
