Dog the Bounty Hunter’s stepson, Gregory Zecca, who fatally shot his 13-year-old son in a “freak accident” at their Florida home Saturday, is on a psychiatric hold amid fears he could take his own life.

Collier County sheriff's deputies have been conducting a death investigation on Sumter Grove Way in an East Naples apartment complex.

On July 19, the Dog the Bounty Hunter alum's stepson allegedly shot his son, Anthony, 13, at an apartment in Naples, Fla., leading to the teenager's accidental death. Following the incident, the sheriff confirmed with PEOPLE on Monday, July 21, that the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
