The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory starting Thursday, July 23, and continuing into Friday, July 24.
Temperatures on Wednesday will be right around normal for late July — in the high 70s to low 80s in the South Coast and on Cape Cod and the Islands, and slightly warmer, around the low to mid 80s elsewhere.
