Amazon’s lineup of Alexa-powered smart speakers is probably among the most popular, if not the most popular, among households. And now with the age of Alexa+ getting closer, we have new smart speakers ready for Alexa+.

After years of false starts, Amazon may have finally nailed the hardware — and given Alexa the power to take the smart home to the next level.

Amazon’s first device, the Echo Dot Max, is an entry-level smart speaker priced at $99.99. It features two speakers supported by a woofer and a tweeter. Woofers and tweeters are specialized speakers optimized to produce low and high frequency sounds, respectively.

The new smart speakers and smart displays promise to 'enable smarter, more personalized, and proactive Alexa+ experiences,' Amazon says. They start at $99.99 for the Echo Dot Max.
