Amazon has reached a settlement of $2.5 billion following allegations that it manipulated customers into Prim subscriptions.

The Federal Trade Commission said it reached a a $2.5 billion agreement with Amazon over alleged "deceptive" subscription tactics.

Today, we are putting billions of dollars back into Americans’ pockets, and making sure Amazon never does this again,” FTC Chairman Andrew N. Ferguson said in a statement.
