The Film and Its Stars 40 Years Later" added six more dates for 2026, which Wil Wheaton, Corey Feldman and Jerry O'Connell will attend.
Jerry O’Connell is remembering director Rob Reiner, whom he describes as being like a father figure to him. The 51-year-old actor, who starred in Reiner’s beloved coming-of-age classic Stand By Me in 1986, opened up about his reaction to the news that Rob and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were killed at their home on Sunday, Dec. 14.
Seeing Jerry O’Connell in that shirt and pants really does bring back a lot of memories. He also apparently brought the comb and the cherry Pez as well, which was a nice touch. Those are references that will mean little if you’re not familiar with Stand by Me, but will mean everything to those who know it well.
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the 1986 film Stand by Me, original stars Corey Feldman, Jerry O'Connell, and Wil Wheaton are hitting the road for live dates in Spring 2026. Tickets are on sale now here.
The Stand by Me gang have a strong appreciation for each other.
This spring, Corey Feldman, Jerry O'Connell, and Wil Wheaton will appear live in person to remember making the classic Stephen King adaptation.
