Having topped the league phase table and qualified directly to the Round of 16, Liverpool now await their fate as the Reds will find out their pathway to the trophy in the upcoming Champions League knockout draw.

Liverpool await February's Champions League round of 16 draw to discover their next opponents, and before that the conclusion of the play-offs. Possible opponents Brest and Paris Saint-Germain began their battle with a first leg on Thursday night, leaving the Reds with a major clue for the next stage.

The UEFA Champions League's knockout phase will kick off on Tuesday, February 11-12 with the return legs to be played the week after, on February 18-19 and will determine the eight teams that will face the first eight sides that already qualified in the League Phase.
