North Oregon Coast Range and Central Oregon Coast Range under a winter weather advisory until Saturday midday – up to 4 inches of snow
A winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Friday at 2:37 p.m. valid from 10 p.m. until Saturday noon for North Oregon Coast Range and Central Oregon Coast Range.
The storm is expected to bring moderate to heavy snowfall across the state, affecting major roadways and travel plans.
Southern Oregon, meanwhile, is looking especially dry, with a 40 to 50% chance of below-average levels of rain and snow, the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center forecasts.
