A severe thunderstorm warning was issued by the National Weather Service in Duluth at 2:14 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15.

Another round of severe weather is slamming the DMV on Monday with the storms hitting just as people are getting on the roads for their evening commutes.

A Flood Watch has been issued in Maryland as heavy rain and downpours expected Monday afternoon and evening. Meteorologist Ava Marie says thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon, becoming more likely by evening.
