Hayes has been out of the NBA since the Pistons cut him in early February, 2024, ending an underwhelming four seasons for the No. 7 pick of the 2020 draft. Hayes averaged 8.1 points and 5.2 assists in 210 games for the Pistons while shooting 38.2 percent from the field.
