Pat McAfee consulted his source(s) and appears to have some insider information on Aaron Rodgers next destination.
Aaron Rodgers is out of the country but appears to have his next team in his crosshairs.
ESPN's Pat McAfee is a long-time friend of former New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and he might have some intel on the four-time MVP winner's next team. With Rodgers out at the Jets and now on the hunt for a new team, speculation has been running wild as to where Rodgers could land in 2025.
The Rams would provide just that as they are right in the midst of a Super Bowl bubble. ESPN NFL analyst Tim Hasselbeck was asked about the possibility on Tuesday morning's Get Up and didn't sound to keen on it.
Set to be released from his Jets contract soon, Aaron Rodgers must wait until March 12 before becoming a free agent. Because the Jets are planning to designate him as a post-June 1 cut, no official release can take place until the start of the 2025 league year. In the meantime, however, the future Hall of Fame quarterback can survey the landscape.
