A popular Dallas-based private wine club has announced plans to expand to Houston, in the Bayou City's ritzy River Oaks area.

Six eateries in Houston's Bay Area are among 136 confirmed restaurants participating in Eat Drink HTX, which runs Feb. 15-28.
