Ty Johnson was an under-the-radar tool used by the Buffalo Bills offense last season and he's back. The team has announced that Johnson has signed a two-year contract to remain in Buffalo: - RB Ty Johnson agreed to terms on a 2-year contract.

The Buffalo Bills restocked their offensive backfield depth by re-signing Ty Johnson and fullback Reggie Gilliam.

The veteran backup RB is sticking around on a two-year deal. This will be his third season with the Bills. Johnson is re-signing for $5MM on the two-year pact, NFL.com’s Tom Pelissero adds. This will be a raise for Johnson, who played out a one-year, $1.29MM deal.

According to Jeremy Fowler, the Bills are re-signing RB Ty Johnson to a two-year deal on Tuesday. Johnson, 27, is a former sixth-round pick of the Lions back in 2019 out of Maryland.

Fulton began his career with the Titans, then had a brutal 2023 season and was released and he signed with the Chargers in 2024, during which he rebuilt his resume with a solid performance. Obviously, the Chiefs saw him twice in the division and liked what he did, so now he probably becomes a starter for the defending AFC champs.
