As loved ones grieve the lives lost to a fire at an assisted living facility in Fall River, questions about the tragedy linger.

Mayor Paul Coogan said Gabriel House owner Dennis Etzkorn has not been returning his calls and stopped cooperating with investigators. WBZ-TV's Penny Kmitt reports.
