S OUTH OZONE PARK, Queens ( PIX11) — Police in Queens, New York, are on the hunt for a man they say set a dog on fire, according to authorities. Officials say the man was seen dragging a motionless dog near 128 Street and 116 Avenue in South Ozone Park on Thursday around 4:45 a.m.

NYPD has released this surveillance image of a suspect believed to have set a dog on fire and dragged it down a Queens street.
