Venus Williams returned to tour-level tennis on Tuesday, defeating Peyton Stearns 6-3, 6-4 at the DC Open and winning her first match in nearly two years.

Williams became the second-oldest woman to win a tour-level singles match in professional tennis, trailing only Martina Navratilova, who was 47 in her last match in 2004.

Naturally, Venus Williams’ return to competitive tennis at the DC Open has sparked questions about whether her sister Serena might, too.
