Turkey may send peacekeeping forces to Ukraine, but only with Russia's consent and after the adoption of a UN Security Council resolution, claims Professor Deniz Tansi from Yeditepe University. According to the Polish Press Agency,

Turkey's foreign minister will reiterate at Sunday's meeting of European leaders in London an offer from Ankara to host peace talks between Ukraine and Russia, a Turkish diplomatic source said on Saturday.

Turkey is open to providing security guarantees for Ukraine as part of a final deal with Russia to end the war, the Turkish foreign minister said on Monday during a press briefing with his Russian counterpart.
