The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is the uniformed, civilian volunteer component of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). Established by Congress in 1939, serves as a force multiplier, supporting the Coast Guard in nearly all its missions except for direct law enforcement. Division VII is part of the 8th Eastern Region and includes four flotillas in SW Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia, covering 348 navigable river miles on the Ohio, Allegheny, and Monongahela Rivers. | United States Coast Gu
