Big breakthrough! As some of you know Rusty was hit by a truck about a month ago. That is what delayed his coming home with us. Two weeks after he was hit he finally came home to us. He was still limping a little, struggling to get up the deck steps and just plain struggling to get up. Fast forward 2 weeks. We have him on my homemade dog food. As of yesterday he began running again. He no longer struggles with stairs or getting up. The limping is gone AND his coat has smoothed and has softened!
