Dublin Port’s Tolka Estuary Greenway is open! This new public path along the port’s northern edge offers views of the Clontarf seafront, Bull Island, and even Howth Head. Access to the greenway is via Eastpoint business park using the entrance on the Alfie Byrne Road. This 2km section is just the first phase, with plans to extend the greenway further east and connect it directly to Dublin’s Docklands. The full 3km Tolka Estuary Greenway will become a key part of Dublin’s coastal cycling network.
