On-line staking came into law and practice in 2005 and by passes any consultation with First Nations Rights Holders. It was wrong in 2005 and it is wrong now! Furthermore, the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act is working, and any repeal or amendments is not supported, it is counter to current case law and to Reconciliation! | Terry Teegee
