Surreal Footage on Instagram: "In 2012, a family outing on Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks turned perilous when their speedboat collided with a large wake, sending all seven passengers airborne. Among them was a bald white man, who, along with his family, was tossed around the boat during the incident. The driver, Marvin Carter III, was cited for speeding and imprudent operation of the boat. Five of the seven individuals were hospitalized. The incident highlighted the dangers of high-speed boating
