Midsommar Ending Explained

The opening to "Midsommar" is one of the most disturbing things I've seen on film (and it's only the BEGINNING of the film). It's hard to tell what's worst, the aftermath of the event, Florence Pugh's gut-wrenching crying or that chilling suicide note on the computer screen.
