11 WEEK TRANSFORMATION UPDATE: office visit the Master @marathon_fitness to evaluate my body composition to include lean body mass and body fat. I weighed in at 230lbs at 13.3% body fat which means I am up 4.2lbs in 5 days since my last check in. My body fat at the starting weight of 218lbs was 13% exactly which means I have already put on 12 clean pounds of muscle in the first 3 weeks of this 11 week transformation.
