If you only use it in real life with items they never get back, with time, drop becomes a negative word that unless you have some incredible treat, they won’t listen to (and even then sometimes they stop). So how do you change the narrative and fix the cue? Use drop in a game, especially something fun like tug. They drop it ➝ the game gets BETTER. Tug harder. Throw it. Bring the fun back.
