Crazy Saturday evening chase (June 17, 2023) across the Oklahoma panhandle! This monstrous supercell developed near Beaver and slowly moved eastward, dropping occasional funnels and brief spin-up tornadoes. It produced a rapidly rotating wall cloud, which at one point looked REALLY good, even showing a hook echo on radar. It seemed to be as close to a tornado as possible without actually becoming one.
