Tsar Nicholas II Николай II Алекса́ндрович Nicholas was born on the 18th May 1868 and died on the 17th July 1918. Tsar Nicholas was the last Emperor of Russia and reigned as such from the 1st November 1894 until his abdication on the 15th March 1917. After his abdication the Imperial family was kept as prisoners and then finally taken to the town of Ekaterinburg in the Spring of 1918.
