Tropical Storm Edouard has made landfall along the Gulf Coast, with heavy rain and wind gusts up to 60 mph. Severe thunderstorms across much of the Northeast - the system halting air travel – including in New York City where the U.S. Open faced several delays. Melissa Adan reports.
