In the beginning - ish of 2023 I got my first DEXA scan, and towards the end of the year I went back for another one. I had gained a few pounds (maybe 5) since the first and was hoping i’d have seen some muscle improvement. But they told me that I had lost muscle and just gained fat. And then I got a RMR test where they told me I needed to eat 1400 calories to lose weight. (At a very slow rate) And y’all I was genuinely distraught over these results.
