American Eating Traditional Kafana Food In Skopje, Macedonia Gostilnica Chardak is a very traditional restaurant on the bohemian street in Skopje. It is just a 10 minute walk from the city center square. We tried a lot of traditional Macedonian foods served in small tapas bowls called Makalo.
